From f5baaf48e3e82b1caf9f5cd1207d4d6feba3a2e5 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Thomas Bertschinger Date: Mon, 15 Jan 2024 23:41:02 -0700 Subject: move Rust sources to top level, C sources into c_src This moves the Rust sources out of rust_src/ and into the top level. Running the bcachefs executable out of the development tree is now: $ ./target/release/bcachefs command or $ cargo run --profile release -- command instead of "./bcachefs command". Building and installing is still: $ make && make install Signed-off-by: Thomas Bertschinger Signed-off-by: Kent Overstreet --- c_src/linux/semaphore.c | 191 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1 file changed, 191 insertions(+) create mode 100644 c_src/linux/semaphore.c (limited to 'c_src/linux/semaphore.c') diff --git a/c_src/linux/semaphore.c b/c_src/linux/semaphore.c new file mode 100644 index 00000000..b7d4b517 --- /dev/null +++ b/c_src/linux/semaphore.c @@ -0,0 +1,191 @@ +// SPDX-License-Identifier: GPL-2.0-only +/* + * Copyright (c) 2008 Intel Corporation + * Author: Matthew Wilcox + * + * This file implements counting semaphores. + * A counting semaphore may be acquired 'n' times before sleeping. + * See mutex.c for single-acquisition sleeping locks which enforce + * rules which allow code to be debugged more easily. + */ + +/* + * Some notes on the implementation: + * + * The spinlock controls access to the other members of the semaphore. + * down_trylock() and up() can be called from interrupt context, so we + * have to disable interrupts when taking the lock.
