mtip32xx: convert to batch completion
[asamymuthupa@micron.com:
* changes for conversion to bio batch completion from Kent
* fix to apply the above changes cleanly on latest mtip32xx code
* batch bio completion changes in
* mtip_command_cleanup()
* mtip_timeout_function()
* mtip_handle_tfe()]
