drivers/vhost: Replace synchronize_rcu_bh() with synchronize_rcu()
Now that synchronize_rcu() waits for bh-disable regions of code as well as RCU read-side critical sections, synchronize_rcu_bh() can be replaced by synchronize_rcu().
