livepatch: Prevent module-specific KLP rela sections from referencing vmlinux symbols
Prevent module-specific KLP rela sections from referencing vmlinux symbols. This helps prevent ordering issues with module special section initializations. Presumably such symbols are exported and normal relas can be used instead.
