ARM: SDP4430: Fix HDMI display on Blaze
We need to have the HPD related GPIOs always requested so that
HPD detection can work.
Also, toggling HDMI OE pin using request/free_gpio is dumb.
The GPIO should infact be always reserved for HDMI use and OE must
be toggled using gpio_set_value(). The patch also adresses this.
