omap4: set performance governor as default
Performance governor provides best performances for boot and init.
Thermal framework garanties we stay in reasonable temperature boundaries.
The file-system can decide to switch to another governor after init
(Ubuntu switches to ondemand around 60s after init startup).
Also enable other governors.
