This fixes klockworks warnings: Pointer 'dev' returned from call to
function 'bus_find_device' at line 179 may be NULL and will be dereferenced
at line 181.
cpsw-phy-sel.c:179: 'dev' is assigned the return value from function 'bus_find_device'.
bus.c:342: 'bus_find_device' explicitly returns a NULL value.
cpsw-phy-sel.c:181: 'dev' is dereferenced by passing argument 1 to function 'dev_get_drvdata'.
device.h:1024: 'dev' is passed to function 'dev_get_drvdata'.
device.h:1026: 'dev' is explicitly dereferenced.

Support for setting the RGMII_IDMODE bit was added in the commit
referenced below. However, that commit did not add the symmetrical
clearing of the bit by way of setting it in "mask". Add it here.
Note that the documentation marks clearing this bit as "reserved",
however, according to TI, support for delaying the clock does exist in
the MAC, although it is not officially supported.
We tested this on a board with an RGMII to RGMII link that will not
work unless this bit is cleared.

Make sure to drop the references taken by of_get_child_by_name() and
bus_find_device() before returning from cpsw_phy_sel().
Note that holding a reference to the cpsw-phy-sel device does not
prevent the devres-managed private data from going away.

The cpsw-phy-sel driver supports only MII, RMII, and RGMII PHY modes,
and silently handled any other values as if MII was specified. In a
case where the PHY mode was incorrectly specified, or a bug elsewhere,
there would be no indication of a problem. If MII was the correct mode,
then this will go unnoticed, otherwise the symptom will be a failure
to transmit/receive data over the RMII/RGMII link.
Add a dev_warn() to make this condition obvious and provide a
breadcrumb to follow.

The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:
drivers/net/ethernet/ti/Kconfig:config TI_CPSW_PHY_SEL
drivers/net/ethernet/ti/Kconfig: bool "TI CPSW Switch Phy sel Support"
...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.
Lets remove the couple traces of modularity so that when reading the
driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.
Since module_platform_driver() uses the same init level priority as
builtin_platform_driver() the init ordering remains unchanged with
this commit.
Also note that MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE is a no-op for non-modular code.
We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information
was (or is now) contained at the top of the file in the comments.

The cpsw currently lacks code to properly set up the hardware interface
mode on AM33xx. Other platforms might be equally affected.
Usually, the bootloader will configure the control module register, so
probably that's why such support wasn't needed in the past. In suspend
mode though, this register is modified, and so it needs reprogramming
after resume.
This patch adds a new driver in which hardware interface can configure
correct register bits when the slave is opened.
The AM33xx also has a bit for each slave to configure the RMII reference
clock direction. Setting it is now supported by a per-slave DT property.
This code path introducted by this patch is currently exclusive for
am33xx and same can be extened to various platforms via the DT compatibility
property.
