Create a new xrep_newbt structure to encapsulate a fake root for
creating a staged btree cursor as well as to track all the blocks that
we need to reserve in order to build that btree.

Convert the xbitmap code to use interval trees instead of linked lists.
This reduces the amount of coding required to handle the disunion
operation and in the future will make it easier to set bits in arbitrary
order yet later be able to extract maximally sized extents, which we'll
need for rebuilding certain structures. We define our own interval tree
type so that it can deal with 64-bit indices even on 32-bit machines.

Remove the for_each_xbitmap_ macros in favor of proper iterator
functions. We'll soon be switching this data structure over to an
interval tree implementation, which means that we can't allow callers to
modify the bitmap during iteration without telling us.

Since *init_cursor() can always return a valid cursor, the NULL check
in caller is unneeded. So clean them up.
This also keeps the behavior consistent with other callers.

because this sort of violates our rule that the function initializing a
structure should destroy it.

bc_private.a -> bc_ag conversion via script:

And then revert the change to the bc_ag #define in
fs/xfs/libxfs/xfs_btree.h manually.

struct xfs_agfl is a header in front of the AGFL entries that exists
for CRC enabled file systems. For not CRC enabled file systems the AGFL
is simply a list of agbno. Make the CRC case similar to that by just
using the list behind the new header. This indirectly solves a problem
with modern gcc versions that warn about taking addresses of packed
structures (and we have to pack the AGFL given that gcc rounds up
structure sizes). Also replace the helper macro to get from a buffer
with an inline function in xfs_alloc.h to make the code easier to
read.

xfs_alloc_read_agf and doesn't pass XFS_ALLOC_FLAG_TRYLOCK because
they're no longer necessary.

There are many, many xfs header files which are included but
unneeded (or included twice) in the xfs code, so remove them.
nb: xfs_linux.h includes about 9 headers for everyone, so those
explicit includes get removed by this. I'm not sure what the
preference is, but if we wanted explicit includes everywhere,
a followup patch could remove those xfs_*.h includes from
xfs_linux.h and move them into the files that need them.
Or it could be left as-is.

Similar to the inode btree verifier, the same allocation btree
verifier structure is shared between the by-bno (bnobt) and by-size
(cntbt) btrees. This prevents the ability to distinguish magic
values between them. Separate the verifier into two, one for each
tree, and assign them appropriately. No functional changes.

The inobt verifier is reused for the inobt and finobt, which
prevents the ability to distinguish between magic values on a
per-tree basis. Create a separate finobt structure in preparation
for changes to enforce the appropriate magic value for the
associated tree. This patch has no functional change.

Owner information for static fs metadata can be defined readonly at
build time because it never changes across filesystems. This enables us
to reduce stack usage (particularly in scrub) because we can use the
statically defined oinfo structures.

Remove the verbose license text from XFS files and replace them
with SPDX tags. This does not change the license of any of the code,
merely refers to the common, up-to-date license files in LICENSES/
This change was mostly scripted. fs/xfs/Makefile and
fs/xfs/libxfs/xfs_fs.h were modified by hand, the rest were detected
and modified by the following command:
