2009-06-19ieee802154: use standard routine for printing dumpsDmitry Baryshkov
Use print_hex_dump_bytes instead of self-written dumping function for outputting packet dumps. Signed-off-by: Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov <dbaryshkov@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>
2009-06-18net: correct off-by-one write allocations reportsEric Dumazet
commit 2b85a34e911bf483c27cfdd124aeb1605145dc80 (net: No more expensive sock_hold()/sock_put() on each tx) changed initial sk_wmem_alloc value. We need to take into account this offset when reporting sk_wmem_alloc to user, in PROC_FS files or various ioctls (SIOCOUTQ/TIOCOUTQ) Signed-off-by: Eric Dumazet <eric.dumazet@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: David S. 2009-06-09net: add NL802154 interface for configuration of 802.15.4 devicesSergey Lapin
Add a netlink interface for configuration of IEEE 802.15.4 device. Also this interface specifies events notification sent by devices towards higher layers. 2009-06-09net: add IEEE 802.15.4 socket family implementationSergey Lapin
Add support for communication over IEEE 802.15.4 networks. This implementation is neither certified nor complete, but aims to that goal. This commit contains only the socket interface for communication over IEEE 802.15.4 networks. One can either send RAW datagrams or use SOCK_DGRAM to encapsulate data inside normal IEEE 802.15.4 packets. Configuration interface, drivers and software MAC 802.15.4 implementation will follow. Initial implementation was done by Maxim Gorbachyov, Maxim Osipov and Pavel Smolensky as a research project at Siemens AG. Later the stack was heavily reworked to better suit the linux networking model, and is now maitained as an open project partially sponsored by Siemens.
