From cbe420361f92a31694fb3773a6247fda9aba1db3 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Rajat Jain Date: Tue, 7 Jul 2020 15:46:01 -0700 Subject: PCI: Reorder pci_enable_acs() and dependencies Move pci_enable_acs() and dependencies further up in the source code to avoid having to forward declare it when we make it static in near future. No functional changes intended.
