ProofOfConcept	2f3fbb3353	subconscious: flatten agents/ nesting, move prompts in ... agents/*.agent definitions and prompts/ now live under src/subconscious/ alongside the code that uses them. ProofOfConcept	998b71e52c	flatten: move poc-memory contents to workspace root ... No more subcrate nesting — src/, agents/, schema/, defaults/, build.rs all live at the workspace root. poc-daemon remains as the only workspace member.
