ProofOfConcept	d3dcfe8899	research: surgical vs distributed behavioral change — the hierarchy hypothesis ... Facts are localized (ROME). Behaviors are hierarchically distributed: core circuit (small set of mid-late layer attention heads) + supporting circuits (distributed context encoding).
