Organize runs at half the linker count — synthesizes what linker connects, creates hub nodes for unnamed concepts. Connector runs when communities are fragmented (<5 nodes/community → 20 runs, <10 → 10 runs). Bridges isolated clusters. Both interleaved round-robin with existing agent types.
