Updated revision to 176.
Fixed a bug in MVD_ParseUnicast introduced in r175 resulting in MVD client crash.
Hide modelindex on player entity when recording demos regardless of client protocol.
Never hide modelindex on client's very own entity.
Display current POV layout when recording demos regardless of client protocol.
Do not draw POV name on client side when layout is visible.
Updated documentation.
