Added `addstuffcmd', `delstuffcmd' and `liststuffcmds'commands.
Fixed broken delta decompression of clientNum field by the client.
Rewrote SV_MvdPlayerIsActive, added flag 4 to `sv_mvd_capture_flags'.
Added `scr_drawpmove' debugging variable.
Improved intermission handling by the MVD client.
