Added `sv_mvd_autorecord' cvar. When enabled, dummy MVD client will listen for
`record' and `stop' stuffcmds from the mod and translate them into local
`mvdrecord' and `mvdstop' commands.
Try to place dummy MVD client into a free reserved slot, if any.
Made `channels' client command output channel list into console on GTV server,
along with available POVs.
