Improve mouse grab control in windowed mode.
- Add ‘in_smart_grab’ variable that conditionally re-enables some checks
(demo playback, spectator mode) to determine if mouse input is not
needed and input focus may be released.
- Add an additional check for SHIFT key pressed during demo playback,
mouse is grabbed while it is held down.
- Clean up IN_Activate function.
