Improve image manager.
Free game registered pics when they are no longer needed, just like
models ans skins. Use single R_RegisterImage() entry point for
registering all kinds of images.
Make IT_*, IF_* and IM_* constants uppercase. Make sure GL renderer
rebinds deleted texture when reusing the same slot. Use common
implementation of R_GetPicSize().
